What older trilogy should I play first?

I’ve played the newer trilogy and loved them, but what older trilogy do I play first? I know I’m missing out and I am aware the 4,5 and 6 remaster is coming I believe but what do you guys think legend trilogy or 1,2,3? Just got underworld and anniversary on sale, thanks to a friend😎
